Nikita Mercado
A Filipino American entrepreneur based in California with a global academic and professional background shaped by international experience across South Korea and the United States.
From building offshore teams from the ground up to scaling startups beyond 300 employees, Nikita saw both the power of Filipino talent and the structural gaps that hold teams back. Cultural misunderstandings. Lack of structure. Compliance gaps. Unclear performance systems. Those gaps became the foundation for Konektao.
